Fast Divorce in Haiti for Foreigners: Less than three month

The haitian law allows foreigners to obtain their divorce in less than three months, thanks to a simplified procedure that facilitates mutual consent divorce. To benefit from this fast process, certain supporting documents are required:

  • 1. The applicant must be a foreign national by birth or naturalization
  • 2. Original marriage certificate and three photocopies.
  • 3. Two photocopies of the first page of the passport.
  • 4. Two photocopies of the naturalization certificate.
  • 5. Two photocopies of the driver's license.
